Magda Ujma 12. edycja Przeglądu sztuki Living odbyła się w budynku, który wrocławski Uniwersytet Medyczny sprzedał właśnie firmie deweloperskiej. Dawny Instytut Farmacji, malowniczo położony solitary brzegu Odry, naprzeciwko najstarszej części miasta, Ostrowa Tumskiego, wcześniej będący siedzibą muzeum przyrodniczego i niemieckiego Instytutu Farmaceutycznego, znajduje się w zabytkowej budowli przypominającej pałac. Budynek spread out, pozostając przez jakiś czas nieużytkowany, popadł w lekki stan opuszczenia, stąd monumentalny hall wejściowy i pompatyczne, neobarokowe schody, nie robią teraz przytłaczającego wrażenia.
